How do I return something?

To return an item via mail, please package and ship with your original receipt to our address:

No. 14 Boutique, 4601 Butler St. Pittsburgh, PA 15201. We recommend using USPS! 

If you are local to Pittsburgh, you may also return an item in-store. 

 

How do I know if you have received my return?

Once we receive your return package, we will e-mail you a return receipt including your store credit balance for the items. 

 

I ordered an item online and it doesn't fit perfectly. Am I able to exchange it for another size?

We want you to be in love with every item you order. If you'd like to try a different size, please contact us about availability and we will help you from there! 

Sold Out Items:

An item on your website sold out, can you reorder it for me?

Unfortunately, most of the time we cannot reorder items, especially single sizes. If an item completely sells out with a high demand, we will contact our vendor to see if it is possible to order more. If it happens to be available to be ordered again, we will announce a pre-order option on our Instagram. Often pre-orders are for a limited number of sizes.

An item is sold out in my size online. Do you have my size available in-store?

No, our online and in-store inventory are shared so what is available online represents what sizes are available in-store, too. 

Will you restock an item after it sells out?

More often than not, we will not restock an item. Our goal is to bring our clients a quality of different product, rather than a quantity of the same product over and over again.  Again if an item is in high demand, we will look into the possibility of a re-order. 

 

Using Gift Cards and Store Credit Online:

I received a gift card for No. 14 Boutique. Am I able to use it for online purchases?

Unfortunately, our site is unable to process our gift cards. If you see something online you would like to order using a gift card, please call or text us at 412-260-6088 and we will put the order through for you manually. As items may sell out, contact us at your earliest convenience. 

Am I able to use store credit for online purchases?

Just like gift cards, we will have to apply store credit manually to an order. Please contact us to apply your credit at 412-260-6088

 

Holds: 

Am I able to put an online item on hold in-store? 

No, we are unable to hold items while they are available for purchase on our site. 

 

Pick-up Orders:

I ordered something online for store pick up. Do I need to do anything else or bring anything with me to pick up my order?

Orders for pick up are typically fulfilled during regular business hours within 20 - 30 minutes of placing your order. If an order is placed during off hours, it'll be ready within half an hour of opening the next day. Orders can be picked up Tuesday - Sunday anytime during business hours. We are closed Mondays! You don't need to bring anything else with you.
